What Springs!?!?

Well Christmas is around the corner... so I'm looking for some gift ideas LOL! I have been doing some research on springs. I was leaning towards the Tein S Techs but I'm worried the car will be bouncy after I install them. I had a 96 GST that bounced like hell until I put a full coilover setup on it. So can anyone give me any reason to not want the S Tech's? Maybe I should get Cams instead....

This topic has been discussed a few times. Most guys like the S techs or the Hotchkis springs. The Hotchkis is my personal preference. Do a search and you will find a lot of information on this topic

Skip the S-Techs unless you're going for the old school "funny car" look.

Hotchkis, drops 1.5~1.6 front, 0.9~1.0 back, don't need to adjust camber, just align.

If you get S tech, you're gonna have negative camber

How is that possible not to adjust camber? The rear of the S tech and the rear of the Hotchkis is almsot the same. The front is only .5" difference. So your saying with the hotchkis you do not have to adjust camber and with the S tech you do? How do you figure?

Hey man, it's best to get an alignment with the STOCK springs. You should get an alignment no matter what suspension you go with stock, Hotchkis, of Tein.

Anytime you adjust the ride height of your car, the toe will change. If you have camber plates, adjusting the camber will also change the toe. Always get your car aligned after you change something related to the suspension geometry or you'll burn through your tires.

LOL I learned the hard way that it was best to get an alignment with the stock springs.... A set of advans later... Yah I figured that.... But I thought u meant with the hotchkis you didn't that's why I questioned it.

Thanks
