That looks good. The engine enamel should be ok.. let us know if it doesn't hold up though. Went over to my parent's house and waxed my calipers when i changed out the stock pads for Hawk HP+. My dad thought i had finally lost it when he saw me waxing calipers and changing pads on a new car, lol.

yeah what about the wing....i started a topic about the brakes and wing but no one replied....guess ill start a new one I want to find out if anyone has actually fixed the wing or not. Mitsu denied me 2day......

I wish I would have thought of this before I "fixed" mine. I sanded mine all the way down (with a dremel) and resprayed them with 1500 deg red paint. They pretty much look like ricer crap now!
I want to powdercoat them...but Im afraid the 400 degree oven will destroy the seals and ruin the calipers. --> One guy above said his calipers got to over 600 degrees...anybody else pyrometer their calipers??

i've read up on how to do head/taillights, but evodave has it down to a science... honestly doing this fix up job is pretty easy... it's not that hard to take off a wheel...peel (well the peeling sucked), sand and spray... then put wheel back on..
