Open ended lug nuts (not tuner style)

I have aftermarket rims with spacers and extended lug bolts as well as the lug nuts for them, and was wondering, where do I get open ended lug nuts that aren't the "TUNER" style, and would fit the stock rims? I tried searching a combination of different words and couldnt find anything helpful, thanks in advance!

Sorry for the bump. Is there a matching lock for these?

The link says Toyota fitment with no mention of Mitsubishi. Are these the EXACT lugnuts we need? Sorry if this sounds like a silly question...

Edit: I'm talking about the EZ Accessory lugs:

I bought them, I have them on my car w/ OEM wheels and longer wheel studs, they fit.

They're just kinda heavy.

Overall, I like them... a lot easier to work with, but the only couple complaints I have:

1) They are very soft. After about 2 dozen times of putting them on and taking them off, you may want to replace them. So, order a couple extra.

2) About 80% of the ones I got, the threads werent very clean. So I just took my 12mm tap and ran them through that. Cleaned them right up... now like butter.
