Stiff coilover spring rates and ABS....

Wondering when driving around town have you guys noticed your ABS coming in much quicker now due to your stiffer suspension?

Specially after my RRE rear sway my rear wheel goes off the ground on the slightest driveways/ inclines and you feel the ABS kick in.....

I have felt the ABS kick in more often over bumpy roads when I am coming to a stop. I have FLT-A2s (FYI).

That stiffer rear bar is tying the rear wheels together more, a tire can't generate much braking force when it's off the ground. But that can happen regardless of your spring and damping rates.

For the springs and damping though maybe ABS can come in handy, along the lines of Koni's recommendations. Disconnect your sway bars and do some hard braking on a bumpy surface. Adjust your damping to minimize ABS engagement. Then you're doing your best at keeping all the wheels on the ground, at least under those conditions.

As djh said, ABS only kicks in when you are losing traction. It seems the way your suspension is set up your car is losing traction during certain conditions ... adjust your suspension for those conditions and ABS may go away ....

I've noticed the same, usually on steep inclines / drive ways. Having a lowered car with stiffer sway bars makes your car conform less to uneven surfaces, no big whoop.
