ABS light-How to reset?

I've had dss rear axles in my car for about a year, where the abs rings didn't match up to the sensors which threw the ABS light on. After changing the axles back to stock, the ABS light is still on. How can I reset the ABS system? (Oh the car has an AEM EMS, if that matters)

Did you try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes?

In my experience the ABS light resets every time you start the car. I had a damaged ABS sensor wire and the ABS light would come on within 5 seconds of the car moving. I replaced the sensor and the light hasn't come on since. If your light is still coming on it seems that you may still have a problem. If you're sure nothing is wrong you can try disconnecting the battery for a few seconds to reset it.

Usually this is how it works. The system will go through a diagnostics, checking the function of the modulator and sensors.

Yup. I blew the teeth off of my ABS ring before and thats exactly what it does. The car will reset everything and once you start it it will rediagnos the problem. If it comes on still then you still have a problem. You can probably use one of the ECU programs to clear the code but it'll just come bak up
