I had three sets of Sumitomo HTR Z III's on my IX with zero complaints (daily-driving and autocross); might get a set for my X too once the stock Advans are done. If you want to go even cheaper look at the HTR Z II's. I had a set of the II's on a DSM and was happy with them; not quite as sticky as the III's, but they do last longer and are better in heavy rain/standing water (the III's are very good in the wet too though).

Are either one of these tires loud? I'm looking for a nice cheap set to throw on.
