You are both wrong, but matyb is closest. Uneven torque makes it FEEL like your rotors are warped, but they aren't. Simply re-torque-ing them will fix it instantly unless you drove it like that for too long and caused uneven wear.

He's asking how he came up with the number 100 lb, not how he did it.

good god man, always figure you will be pulling those wheels off beside the road somewhere, with an old bumper jack and dumb bar wrench.
doing that once will make you reconsider how much force you put into mounting your wheels.

some people find their lugs loosen up with time, mine always seem to tighten up.

wow, thanks guys, the first chance i get i'll have to re torque them, i did it to a 100 because this guy who owns a 500+whp sti told me he thinks it is about 100 -.- damn ***er probably wanted me to **** up my evo !!!! hahahah, thanks again for the info !
