its not adjustable, unless you buy castor camber plates.

You need camber/caster plates to adjust caster. I happen to be selling some Ground Control Camber/Caster plates ...

Caster is adjustable on the evo you need the cradle adjusted.

From what i know Stock suspension can't adjust caster, and so are most of the coilovers out there, but i might be wrong.

the caster is off to accomidate the crown in the road so the car will track straighter on a public road.

As others have said, camber caster plates are the only way (that I know of) to adjust caster.

.3 is nothing, some cross caster is desirable as pointed out for road crown and whats called 'isolation' in the suspension.

Factory spec for some vehicles....coughChevyTruckcough....is about 1* of cross caster. Secondly is it off or has it been awhile since the alignment rack was calibrated, is rack itself level, were the turnplates in good repair, was the tech doing the sweep correctly.

Does the car drift? If not dont worry about it.
