If you are trying to just lower the car, then I would recommend the Swifts between the 2. Otherwise call Robert at Robispec and I'm sure you would be more inclined to go another route. I know I am

I just posted on this, but Robi will recommend Espelier's or Swift MR springs (even for GSR models). Improved lap times and better ride comfort than stock.

i've driven with both springs in a few different cars and i honestly wouldn't know the difference... Theyre very close in performance. I ended up going with the Tanabe and saving the $100

I have to say I love my Swifts. They are not too low and work very well with stock suspension. I can also say that I did not realize the full potential of these springs until I added sway bars, roll center adjustment and bumpsteer kit. A friend of mine has Tanabe on his IX with the same additional mods and we both agree my car is tighter and more forgiving on the street. Good luck.

4 Wheel's comment probably says the most...lots of people will claim swift are the best spring for evos (even those who believe we should only alter suspension by means of coilover). swift are regarded as a great spring for evos in the areas of looks/performance/ride quality. however, tanabe are used by many who would say they are outstanding in those same areas. in the end just decide what u want from ur suspension mods. changing spings may help ur handling a bit, but more or less they just lessen your wheel gap...especially on those 18s. personally, i just ordered a set of tanabes the other day

I have Tanabe GF210s on my car, drop is perfect in my opinion. Ride comfort is not bad, a little stiff, but I can live with that.

I have the espelir GT's and I think they are awesome, the drop real identical to the Tanabe's and the Swifts' but over all a bit on the firm side, but awesome none the less
