Springs will likely increase the rubbing because it's going to tuck your wheels closer up into the wheel well. Try the spacers and see how they work. You may need to adjust again once you get springs...or you'll probably just need to roll your fenders and then you should be good to go.

I haven't had any rubbing issues since I bought the 25mm spacers for the front wheels. I attached a few pictures to give you an idea of how they turned out. I'm about to go with the Swift springs so I'm sure it'll give things a bit more aggressive look.
