Direzza Z1 star spec

I have decided to replace my stockers with the direzza Z1 star spec's but am not quite sure which size I want to go with. I have ruled our 245/240 as I do not want to have my gearing/mph affected. So I am considering the stock size 235/45 or 245/45. I am currently on the stock IX mr suspension. What does everyone think?

Thanks in advance

The 245/45's are a tad tall but I've seen people use them. You're not going to see much diff, if any at all, between the stock 235's an 245's.

The 245/45 have only a .3" greater overall diameter than the 235/45.

I got my 245/45's mounted today. No rubbing at all. I also have Swift Sport springs on stock MR Bilstiens. And I gotta say, these tires are AWESOME!

I just ordered 245/45R17 Star Specs from TireRack a few hours ago. I hope the arrive by Friday! I don't think the height difference is too obvious visually or feel wise.

Here is are pics I found of Smikeevo's car with 245/45R17 Z1's

I have the stock 235 size Direzza Z1's (only about 500 miles) and so far they have been an awesome tire. +1 for the performance, +1 for the cost, +? for treadwear.

They've handled some nasty on ramp corners amazingly.

Just got mine delivered in 235/45 and I swear these things are just as wide as my 255/40 RT-615's they are replacing.
