Rota G Force Hyper Black + Project Mu BBK

Just took some pics of my G Force 18x9s in hyperblack w/ 265/35 tires; also just got Project Mu 6pot BBK, Megan Racing Street Coilovers, and JDM rear bumper installed.

Thanks go out to Wheeldude, Speedelement, and Bozz for the hookups.

I was thinking about going a little lower, but I'm already scraping some speed bumps and ramps near my house already. Plus, I like the softer ride that the increased suspension travel allows.

Looks sweet man!

Are you getting any rubbing with those 265s?

And how much did you lower the car?

Looks great but why would you spend all that cash on a BBK just to get crappy a$$ tires?

Spent about 2gs on the BBK (thanks Bozz), were slightly used. Car is used mostly for dd/ spirited driving on back roads, and those 265s grip just fine on the road; haven't had one squeal or slip yet.

Rears need to be rolled to clear some heavy bumps/steep ramps, normal driving does not scrape on unrolled fenders. Was lowered roughly 1.5 inch in rear and 2 inch in the front.

Brake feel is a million times smoother and easier to modulate than the stockers, plus no more nasty squeal even w/o brake quiet grease applied. The total weight of the BBK also felt alot lighter than the stock brembos, didn't have a scale on hand but it was a significant difference.

I am definatly jealous of the brake setup... I however have never seen anyone buy the project mu brakes for a DD just because the price is usually so insane! But if you got a deal on them, that is sweet.

I saw your ride when you were at the shop the other day and I'm still drooling over your brake setup

The car looks great Jean
