From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
No - the GSR and MR have different rates - rears are not the same.
Sports Rates:
F: 179-269
R: 207-319 (GSR)
R: 157-314 (MR)
Spec R Rates:
F: 157-358
R: 196-380 (GSR)
R: 153-380 (MR)
If you have an MR or MR struts - get the MR versions. They are designed to work with the Bilstein MR struts and valving.
If you have the RS or GSR - get the GSR versions.
If you have the Bilstein HD struts - I prefer the GSR versions with the higher initial rear rates.

finally got finish some of the suspension work ....so far installed cusco front and rear sways,swift spec-r springs,dunlop direza tires,rotorpros rotors,hps pads,and cusco rear strut brace......now car handles great ..thanks guys
