Unhappy Wheel bearings?

OK.. when i bought the car i noticed that front left wheel mas making some noise. I figured it was the rotors.. but recently i just changed my pads and rotors and the problem is still there. My steering wheel has a slight vibration as well, and when i hold the car at a certin speed the noise gets louder. could the wheel not being balanced make that noise?? or is the bearing..

thank you for any input.

With the wheel in question off the ground, look for some play by wiggling the wheel front to back. Some play would indicate a bad bearing/hub assembly.

Check the tires too, I had a similar problem and turned out my tires were jacked. Get an alignment.
