ok, so my steering wheel isnt straight and my car pulls fairly hard to the right.
if i go to get an alignment and tell them to straighten the wheel and do the following:
camber - between -1 and -2 in the front and -1 in the rear
toe - zero on all 4 corners
will it track straight? considering my tires have even pressure, tread, etc...

another question...when you people try to get an alignment with these specs, does everyone try to say "the factory specs are better" or "why do you want to mess with tens of millions of dollars worth of R & D" or "if you zero toe out, youll scrub your tires" etc etc etc

Factory alignment was all over the place. If they put in that much thought, the least they could have done was to make sure cars rolling off the line were setup right.
Zero toe is better for your tires in terms of life. I run -1.7 ish up front and -1.4 in the rear, zero toe/thrust.
Bottom line, you have to set it up for what you will need. More aggressive for tracking/AX - less aggressive for drag or DD.
