EVO goes sideways when I accelerate. Help!

So, the evo got hit in the left front side and damaged something I cant figure out. Everytime I accelerate hard it jerks to the left. Kinda unsafe I think... I dont know what or where to begin looking but I believe it damaged something in the steering. A bent rod or shaft somewhere? Maybe? Anyone's help would be awesome. Thanks!

Something is bent somewhere. Get it checked out by someone who knows evos.

I remember when my buddy smacked my 8 in to a pavement a few years ago, everything looked fine. After reviewing the control arms they were bent by more than 15 milimeters. A car like that may look ok but wouldn't drive straight ever.

OP - take it to a body/repair shop. You often cannot visually see damages to the control arms or spring mounts.

Not just any repair shop, a certified body repair place.

A good body shop can put it on the frame machine too. Make sure everything lines up.

The key to the first post was the line:

If the car is not damaged. Or has not been damaged. Bushings, blown strut, cracked spring are the places I would look. Listen for metal on metal sounds for bushings gone bad. Bouncy car (leaking fluid too) for strut and spring issues.
