Wide Front Fender Recommendations

the above link has pics of a car with a wheel and spacer combo that sticks out 30mm more than your current setup with the APR widebody kit (+45mm front fenders). Don't know what the camber is set at.

Just looking at wheel change (not tires) stock to your current wheels is a 42mm increase outward and a 4 mm increase away from the suspension. I don't know what the stock fender to wheel clearance is (horizontally) but i would imagine if you want your wheels to sit flushthen you would want something smaller than 42mm which knocks out the APR, voltex double overs, do-luck, etc. 35mm may even be too big if flush is what you are after.
if you take off the evo dave mod and measure how far your tire sticks out from the fender then that should give you an idea of the MINIMUM size you want.

I like a flush look but more importantly I want it to fit without having any wheel interference. Are there any 25 or 30mm fenders floating around out there? Seems like it goes from 10 or 15mm to 35mm...
The guy with the sick APR Evo got back to me and said he runs 1.5/3deg camber for street/track. I assume those photos are in 1.5deg configuration. His tire is quite stretched (275 on a 10.5" rim) but still, 35mm might be too much. Maybe someone with the EvoDave fender mod knows approximately how far the max setting pushes the fender out? Someone who has done my work for me
+35 would actually probably be about right.
On the +22, I bet I've pulled the stock fenders at least 10mm. The wheel still sits about 10mm out from there, putting a +25 fender "flush. Move it another 7mm for the +15 wheel and give it a couple mm to clear and you are at +35mm.

As for the tire thing, I just meant it is much more stretched than mine (265 on an inch less rim) and as such, the edge of the tire will sit lower and slightly inside the lip of the fender making a direct comparison of offsets not super accurate.
