the above link has pics of a car with a wheel and spacer combo that sticks out 30mm more than your current setup with the APR widebody kit (+45mm front fenders). Don't know what the camber is set at.

if you take off the evo dave mod and measure how far your tire sticks out from the fender then that should give you an idea of the MINIMUM size you want.
Ya this is definitely the best way to do it, but man that thing was a pain in the ***** to put on the first time at maximum stretch.

I like a flush look but more importantly I want it to fit without having any wheel interference. Are there any 25 or 30mm fenders floating around out there? Seems like it goes from 10 or 15mm to 35mm...

The guy with the sick APR Evo got back to me and said he runs 1.5/3deg camber for street/track. I assume those photos are in 1.5deg configuration. His tire is quite stretched (275 on a 10.5" rim) but still, 35mm might be too much. Maybe someone with the EvoDave fender mod knows approximately how far the max setting pushes the fender out? Someone who has done my work for me

A 275 isn't stretched on a 10.5" wheel. 10.5" = 267mm. Actually, according to tire rack running a 10.5 will give a hoosier A6 an extra 4/10" section width over a 9.5" wheel.

+35 would actually probably be about right.

On the +22, I bet I've pulled the stock fenders at least 10mm. The wheel still sits about 10mm out from there, putting a +25 fender "flush. Move it another 7mm for the +15 wheel and give it a couple mm to clear and you are at +35mm.

I am thinking the same, though +30 might be perfect, unfortunately it looks like such a fender doesn't exist. I wish more people had experience with the AIT fenders but I suppose so long as I have a nice buffer on what I am willing to spend on body work, I shouldn't be afraid to go that route. I think RockmanX has AITs, I'll message him.

As for the tire thing, I just meant it is much more stretched than mine (265 on an inch less rim) and as such, the edge of the tire will sit lower and slightly inside the lip of the fender making a direct comparison of offsets not super accurate.
