One thing I noticed after installing the fender bracing, was that under heavy braking the back end wiggled a lot. It wasn't even noticable before. i have the rear trailing arm bushings as well. I was talking to Robert Fuller about this at the track, and he mentioned this is where the hard bearing kit would come in hand to keep the car more stable and keep the bushings from wiggling around.

Good info, thanks for sharing that!
Which hard bearing kit are you referring to?

I suspect that the hard bearing kit minimizes dynamic toe changes under braking. Yes you could probably tweak toe in one direction or the other direction but there would be other costs associated with it.

^ Right you are. It also helps with wheel hop for drag racing and getting on the gas on corner exit. My car doesn't have that much power compared to some, but I'm sure the hard bearing kit will allow one to exit a corner much smoother without wheel hop and that weird back and forth sensation Evo's have when getting on the gas real hard.

Will also help with the car being more precise when going 10th/10ths during cornering.

You can read about David Buschur's review on the hard bearing kit here: http://highboostforum.com/forum/show...-from-Robispec

I think Robispec will be doing a group buy on the hard bearing kit at one point. It's not cheap. My friend has it on his Evo, and the car feels very "precise". The ride is firm, but not liver killing or anything.

Is Robispecs kit similar to the Nagisa Auto hard bearing kit?
