not sure about the caster but that looks like not enough negative camber. Isnt stock like -1. My car has about -1.5 front and -1.7 in the back and its my daily. toe is zero. Depends on what you are doing with the car and how you will be driving it.

Did the shop calibrate the alignment rack?

I would go back and have them re-calibrate the rack. Positive camber on a stock Evo is not very possible without the car being previously damaged. (Assuming no camber plates).

I'm really just looking to DD for now and really not trying to have the tires wear unevenly or obscurely. Again i'm on stock tire size and stock suspension. So i should go back and look to be in -1.0 range for FRONT CAMBER? What about the rear? Thanks again guys!

The stock Evo has a camber bolt with 2 selections on it. -1 and -2. If on the -1 selection you'll be in the -1 range +/- .3. Which is why I doubt their machine was calibrated (SOP is everyday, but people are lazy).

Use the -1 bolt selection up front. Rear looks ok. Zero toe all around.

try -1.5ish up front and -1.0ish in the rear for less wear on the tires and uncompromised handling. You could also 0 out the toe all around (I do) but there are many different opinions here.
When I read the title, I thought we were going to be looking at corner balance charts!

So i took it back to NTB and they told me that was the best they could do and that i would need a "eccentric blot"to get the desired values.. I'm confused don't Evo's roll off the assembly line with -1 CAMBER? Why can't they replicate it now? Again stock tire size and rim.

Go to a proper shop. You have a factory eccentric bolt. They are idiots.
