Minus can you explain this correction? Si if I go 8k/8k I should install a 24mm rear sway bar and if I go 8k/10k I should still install a 24mm rear sway bar? What is the difference of each choice?

Thanks - I really appreciate your help!

You really should get Terry at FA to confirm, but heres my opinion.

8K/8K will be more understeer prone (inability to turn) than the 8K/10K. The Whiteline rear sway bar has 3 settings (soft/med/hard)

On an 8K/8K setup, you can try setting the rear bar at the hard setting to assist w/more oversteer (tail out). On the 8K/10K setup you can try setting the bar on the soft setting.

Adding the bar is just a good idea while youre already doing the coilovers. The WL rear sway bar is almost a required upgrade when adding spring rate to the EvO IMO.

If you push the EvO hard on the streets / track, I say, get the rear bar.

Just went to see if the car had an aftermarket rear sway bar and guess what? There is no sway bar installed!

I guess I'll be buying the Whiteline 24mm - where's the best place to purchase?

You mean, its missing? Someone removed it & didnt replace it?

We have a great group of suspension vendors. Check out this thread & call a few of them for shipped prices

Just dawned on me, this EvO may have been setup for the drag strip. A lot of guys remove the bars so the car can squat during launch
