Tein S Tech lowering springs vs stock "rally" springs

I am looking at a wide variety of set ups for my wheels. The biggest question I have is with my Tein S Tech springs can i put a 18x9's with stock fenders or will I have to roll my fenders in order to make it work properly?

Can I run 18x9's safely on Rally suspension without pressing my tires into my fenders when going over rough terrain or are the 17x8's better to go with for both applications.
What are some benefits of bigger tires/wheels.

I know that wider tires are better for traction on wet ground and tracks, but when it comes to mud/snow you want as narrow as you can get to dig through the loose surface in order to get the traction you need.

Right now I'm torn between the Volk CE28N's and the Work Emotion CR Ultimate in Matte Black. Also which is better to run Flat face, Semi-concave, or deep concave style wheels, or are they meant for specific styles of driving or does it make a difference at all in the strength of the wheels?

Also what are the offset measurements and all of the Evo 8 for clearance of calipers and such. I know its a 5x114.3 bolt pattern, but that is the extent of my knowledge on that.

You should search and read on the S-Techs.

And offset is well known. Search and be rewarded.

Better to teach to search over spoon feed.
