Best size tyres for 18"

What's the best size 18" i can go for that will be suited for everyday driving and the occasional track?
I also don't want to go too wide and have the arches scraping, like a happy medium size.I plan on getting some coilovers first.

You're on stock Evo wheels? If so, they're 17s, not 18.

What you have to consider is the width of the wheel, not wheel diameter. Tire choices will be limited to budget constrains, and nothing else. E.I. Get the best you can afford! I autox and track myself, and lean toward 17 inch wheels because tires typically cost less. That's something to think about.

If you purchase new 18" wheels, the most popular size is 255/35-18.
