We need the wheel offset to fully understand the setup

To start with, the 45 series is too tall for your situation. The basic go-to tire size
would be a 245/35 or 255/35

Two most popular sizes are 235/40-18 and 255/35-18, with more people using the 255's.

Ran you no.s on the calculator. You certainly have choices in tire size. As noted, the 255/35 would be a very popular choice. You will likely need a rear fender roll to make this fit

If you want a bold, aggressive looking tire the 255/40. This would require a bit more rear fender work & possibly a bumper bolt relocation

I dont want to roll the fenders.. I just want to lower the car with this rims without any problems so what will fit perfectly on a lowered car can i run 245/40 or 235/45

The+30 wheel is making this a bit tough to fit w/out fender work. Looks like a good choice is the 235/40 (note, this size is very close to the stock EVO tire circumference). The 45 series is taller & will give you an approx 4% speedo error
