brakes seem to always be applied

Ok so i searched and couldnt find any anwsers

So it seems that in my 9 that the brake pedal feels like it is really stiff, it is not always like this but most the time yes.

1 the pedal doesnt move whats so ever when i need to apply brakes, im talking about i can fully stop the car with there being so less of brake pedal travel the tail lights dont come on

2 I also noticed when I was on a hill it didn't move back, kinda like BMW hill assistance.

3 i normally never drive around and never go over 10 vacuum like like neveer go in boost and when this brake thing happens i need to go into boost or atleast 0 for the car to even move or to accelerate not so much when i try hold speed

so overall i would have to say that the pedal is so stiff it is applying brakes at all time very lightly but the burn marks on my rotors tends to show it aswell

i try to turn the car off and push the brake all the way down to the floor to try to relieve the pressure, so i dont know what to do. no play in the pedal at all

on the flip side when it is normal the pedal goes down .5 to 1 inch and is nice and smooth so idk.

when does it happen and when does normal happen?

when did this start to occur? what mods did you do that resulted in this?

have you tried to adjust the brake pedal? bleed the brakes?

only mods is e tune but was doing this well before that prolly begining of summer

new day haven't drove the car ill start it up let it warm up and notice brakes are fine, notice that my car doesn't feel like it is toeing something after about 10 minutes of driving ill notice when i hit my brakes hole **** they are hard to push, also when i start from a dead stop i have to go to 0 or in boost to get it to acceleration normally to 3k shifts not trying to go fast

brakes seem to visually all be good, and no mods i cant tell you when it first started but i know it has been for a while and when it is doing this i can feel the car wanted to like stop while rolling while not applying brakes

How does your brake fluid reservoir look?

Visually inspect all that you can and consider bleeding your brakes.

Unusual brake pad wear at any corner? Such as more on one corner than the other?

Did you rupture a brake line at any time prior to this?

I had this issue when I installed new pads on mine, turns out I was forcing on too many brake shims. I ended up removing my old ones and left the ones attached to the new pads on the car and problem was solved. Brakes felt normal again with no constant braking feeling

If the shims are not the problem then the brake booster would be the next thing to check.
