Another suspension problem

I just had the car aligned after installing the PSRS bushing. The car also has the ciro camber/caster plates. Initial driving impressions was great. Today, I took a 180 degree ramp into the highway at speed to test the feeling of the car.......soon after, it seem the toe went off considerably. The car pulls the right and if I let the steering wheel lose it will quickly veer into the next lane. The alignment was set at 0 toe in the front.

Thanks for suggestions....I was thinking bushings, specially the ones from the steering rack are worn down. I'll rotate the wheels and see what happens for good measure.

Since you just had it aligned, my guess is the shop didn't fully lock down the adjustments. Did you paint-mark the Ciro plates after alignment to show where the Camber/Caster was set so you can tell if it shifted? That would be the first thing i look at.

I run the Ciro Plates with the offset PSRS on my track evo and beat it way harder than street use. Never any issues like this.

I did not have it paint mark. I did check the bolts to make sure they were tight. I noticed though; that caster on the right side is lower at 5.8 compare to 6.0 on the left side. The print out actually said 6.2. The problem is the car was fine on my way to work until I took the hard turn.

How do you adjust caster? It's kind of hard to get the nuts lose without turning the entire bolt as well. Do you raise the car first?

without any markings and an alignment equipment it will be hard to adjust. But you also do not want the car to be under load when doing this.

The best bet if you just had this done would be to take it back to the shop and tell them what you experienced. Hopefully they will fix the problem or at least check the alignment again to see if it in fact did move.
