a wheel size and tire question!

i would like to know can i be able to run 18x9+10 on evo 8 stock body and with rolled fenders and coilovers. and even if I'm able to what would be a good tire size

Go with 18x9 +28 as your lowest offset and you'll be good. And then run a spacer up front if you want the fronts to be more flush..
