Rotor suggestions

Thoughts on these rotors...
Don't need anything for the track, street performance preferred, only need front.

Nearly brand new Hawk pads all around.

Other suggestions? Trying to stay around $200

Didn't realize Centric was a brand
Centric blanks are only $82/rotor, not bad!

EDIT:

Going with the Centric Cryo-Stop rotors. $200/set on Lancer Shop.

And just realized I related brake dust to rotors. **** it, it has been a long morning...and the DMV didn't help.

I would forgo the cryo treatment & just get the high carbon Centrics from Tire Rack or other vendor beside Lancer Shop.
The high carbon is already an upgrade from their normal carbon rotors. No need to spend for the cryo IMO

$68.00 ea. high carbon from Tire Rack

You don't need new rotors. You need to get the pad deposits off the current ones. Either try rebedding the pads, or getting the rotors machined, than rebedding the pads. Although, it'll likely come back, Evo's are finicky about brake pad selection.

So the previous owner either didn't install correctly, or didn't break in the new pads/rotors correctly? Elaborate, if you don't mind.
The rotors really do not look/feel worn, but there is definitely a vibration when braking.

Also, there is a tiny squeak for a split second that happens when stopping from ~5mph to 0mph.

Edited the autocorrect errors. Nothing really to elaborate on. Brake "shaking"/vibration is 99.99% of the time due to uneven pad deposits on the rotors. This can usually be cleaned up by rebedding the pads. Sometimes the rotors need be machined and than the pads need to be rebedded to the fresh rotor surface.

So if the vibration is likely to come back, wouldn't it just be prudent to change the rotors and remove deposits/rebed the pads correctly?

Because it will do the same thing on new rotors if the deposits are due to poor pad choice, and not just improper bedding...

Depends on which ones they are. Their higher end sport/race stuff is good. I don't have experience with their more standard stuff.
