Rear control arm issue

So I went to get an alignment. I wanted my set up at the rear to be at -1 camber and .1 toe in. My alignment tech told me that the right control arm bolt it at the base minimum but the camber is at -1.4 and he can not decrease it any longer.

The car is at 225,XXX miles and it has been a daily driver ever since with a lot of autocross time. I thinking that the bushing could be bad already and needs replacement. Which one do you guys think that needs to be replaced? The control arms, Trailing arm, Toe arm or upper control arm?

I've also been thinking of buying a full adjustable control arm and toe arm and the further I read, some track guys actually bent some of the after market ones and went back to stock arms and never had problems with it. Another thing that I read is that Robi Spec also recommend not replacing the rear control arm bushings because they do have high quality ball joints that came from the factory.

So, should I buy whiteline bushings and replace all or buy OEM bushings that I "might" end up having the same issue?

Any suggestions would help. Only the right control arm is having this issue.

I would actually inspect the bushings before buying parts. It's a good bet there is nothing wrong with it. When these cars are lowered, they can run out of adjustment. There is nothing wrong with -1.4 rear camber. Match the other rear to that, and run somewhere in the -2 to -2.5 range up front and you'll be set.

The last alignment I had was able to get it to -1.1 at the rear so something happened between that time which is a bout 8 months ago. I'll double check the bushings this weekend and see.
