Interest Thread For Billet Rear Trailing Arms
PLEASE READ THE ORIGINAL POST AS I WILL UPDATE IT AS THINGS MOVE ALONG
Hey guys, so I've been meaning to make this thread for a while now and I've finally gotten around to it. So here's the scoop, I've been talking with Dallas about making some rear trailing arms that would give a good amount more inboard tire clearance. I've posted about them briefly in at least one other thread but I figured I'd make this thread to give you guys some more detail about it as well try to gauge interest in how many would buy a set as that's a pretty big influence on cost. I'll leave Dallas to chime in with ballpark pricing as well as finish options.
So here's the skinny:
If this is of interest to you, please shoot me a PM so I can keep a list and try to get a good estimate on cost.

So here's the skinny:
- Gives enough inboard clearance for up to a 315 tire on a stock body car
- Upgraded, stiffer bushings
- Weight will be close to stock or a tad lighter
- Uses high quality bearings and bushings that are easy to source for replacement
- Compatible with factory knuckle as well as other potential options (versatile design)
- Retains mount for ebrake cable
- Aluminum construction for light weight and corrosion resistance
UPDATE 9/21/18:
Okay guys, the time has come! SSB is ready to start taking orders for their Evo 8/9 trailing arms!
The price on them is $650 shipped anywhere conus for a pair of arms with all hardware, ready to drop in.
A 25% deposit is required upfront, which comes out to $165. The initial run is only going to be 10 sets!
Send your deposit to dallas.j.cutler@gmail.com
Dallas or I will update you guys on EvoM as material arrives, machining begins and when things are ready to be shipped out and the rest of the payment is to be sent.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.

To run even close to that width of tire I'd assume you would need a shorter coilover spring too if you're lowered a bit? Otherwise the tire will rub on the spring if lowered too much?

Hey guys we've got a pretty decent amount of interest now!
Dallas is working on cranking out a prototype which we are going to test out before making a batch. I'll be sure to post up progress with the testing as it goes and once we feel they've been tested thoroughly enough, we'll release what the final price will be and it'll be time to take a headcount on who's committed to buying.
