Abs wheel sensor reading error

Hey guys hope you are doing well
i own a mitusbishi evolution 6 i m going through a abs fault...but no abs light on the dash neither any error if i check with a scanner the issue is with the rear right speed sensor which read the twice of the speed the rest 3 of the wheels read same speed i am not sure if this is the fault anybody can help me out so please reply

@Mohsin Abbas What kind of scanner did you check with? If it was a standard OBII, dont think that will pickup ABS issues

I thought a dedicated Mitsubishi type scanner must be sued to detect the ABS code?

Jumper the signal to the wiring of the opposite hub. If the problem moves its in the hub, if not, up front.
