why only pressure checked to 35psi?
how much 'trimming' required?
can this IC be run with the stock undertray panel?

We pressure check it at 35psi, because if it's going to leak it's going to leak before 35psi. We have several customers that run our intercoolers into the 40psi+ range. This core is also used on diesels that run over 90psi.

You can actually bolt the 4.0" intercooler with no trimming, but it will touch the crash beam, we recommend minor trimming so it doesn't touch/rub the crash beam. We have been running a non trimmed crash beam on our car for 5 months now with no problems.

Stock under tray will bolt right back on!

Thanks,

Michael

Can I put one on layaway? This will be the intercooler I buy when the time comes, but I need a clutch first. On a side note, I have the ETS ProRace intercooler kit on my Talon and love it.
