it appears from looking into the website that you custom tailor the zchip before you send it out, so if we do have mods you can account for them before hand, or if we add them on we can use software?

The units are shipped with basemaps.
Cool, what features are adjustable with this (A/F, timing etc)? Sorry if you have posted this before but now that its final i would like to know the for sure answer.

Yes, however to safely self tune it, it requires a basic knowledge and proper AFR and timing measurement tools.
