we have had a few dom2's surge... this is one of the challenges of the stock housing turbo... cam tuning can help a good bit!!

we had MASSIVE surge with the garrett 30R when they sent it to us with the smaller hotside (which made spool reasonable) but you couldn't even drive it on the highway!!

The dom 2 is a great turbo, its just a little touchy with airflow with some mivec setups.

Hey man don't get discouraged. Where did you get the Dom2? What did tey say about the issue? What tune do you have on it? Please don't throw money at the car expecting it to fix the problem. Cams will make it better but won't help you surging.
