E85 does wonders. If you havn't tried it you should...I went from 91 oct (all we have in Wichita) + Methanol injection which put down 450WHP with 405WTQ @ 29.5 PSI to E85 @ 31 PSI which made 506 WHP With 472 WTQ with an amazing tune by KevinD of Evolution Dynamics in TX. MINE IS A IX not a X though.

Awesome. I'm thinking about switching to E85 myself.....can the car run E85 for extended periods of time with no issues (with a tune of course)?

There are some lines inside the fuel tank that break down and will need to be replaced. There is a thread here somewhere, if I can find it, I will link to it.

Perhaps not, I should have said South Side Performance. They make an upgrade kit that is rated for 410 tq.
Check the alt fuels section, yes.

Higher Octain is E-85's secrete to more power
E-85 actually burns cooler than 93-94 OCT. pump gasoline does, in fact it has less BTUs ( British Thermal Units ) per gallon than Pump Gasoline. E-85 having less BTUs per gallon is the reason an E-85 tune requires more fuel ( about 40% more fuel ) than Pump Gasoline to run at a 11.5 AFR and the reason the motor gets poorer fuel mileage when using E-85. One of it's advantages is it has a higher octain rating than Pump Gasoline, ( about 105 OCT ). Therefore it can take more advanced timing and more boost pressure before it will pre-ignite ( detonation ) and this will produce more ultimate torque resulting in more H.P. because of it's higher octain. Another one of it's advantages is it has a relatively higher cooling affect on the combustion chamber environment, which is the main reason behind it's higher octain rating. Bottom line is more detonation free advanced timing and higher boost pressure ( of coarse up to a point ) means more torque, resulting in more H.P.
Hope this helps - Bob

Save it. I understand the chemical characteristic of E85 quite well and how exactly power is manufactured on an internal combustion engine. You typically don't see a retune on E85 with just one additional pound of boost. It just seemed like quite a large jump in power from 1 pound of boost.
