Is there any reason that it is causing the belt to mess up when it never did before?

So your blaming Mitsubishi for your mishaps!!?!! That's not cool. Good Luck with all the kinks. I am sure it will pay off very well when it's all said and done. Looks like the car is a monster to drive.

I think its something to do with the Hyundai metal pulley's I installed.

Yes new belt, because my OEM one was rubbing.

Nope, we have ridiculous amounts of E85 stations around here, no reason to use 93oct. I haven't used that since I had like 10k miles on my car. Once I switched I never went back.

My tune is really closer to 560whp or so too by the way, conservatively. The 494 is on the heartbreaker 1.0cf dyno dynamics dyno.
