Thought I would add to this. Had a retune today after installing ETS pipes/4in FMIC/Intake/TestPipe/GS 3Port. Lower numbers are from last tune when stock and new are after mods. Im sure aaron will add more to this.

Hm... do you also have the upper/lower intercooler pipes from ETS? Just wondering. I basically have an identical setup to yours, and Aaron got me up to 348 awhp yesterday on my GSR. Needless to say, I'm super happy

Yup...you have v2 quiet though which is good for 15-20 he said so basically same as well as I believe the MR looses a little with the sst? not positive on that one though. Post up your dyno sheet if you can curious to see how it compares.

We find most SST's to be down about 20hp VS a GSR.

Looks like some good gains. How does it feel on the street?

Mine? I love it!

Night and day difference from stock, that's for sure. Purrs like a kitten when needed, but roars like a lion when I put my foot down. A perfect combination so far.

I've been to your shop twice now (finally got to meet you on Monday ), and you guys do some phenomenal work. I can't wait for the next stage of upgrades

Yeah Ryan's car is losing more because of the SST based on what we have dyno'd back to back. Adam, right now you have the highest horsepower 2012 stock turbo I have seen here and it looks like it should continue to keep growing if you kept modding with it. Obviously switching to a Green or the like will toss it in a different group

Cam changes go are very common with Mitsu. There are a few changes with the 1G dsms with the 5-spd trans. Then they had the auto profile. Glad to see you workin so hard on this Aaron. It's always fun finding differences with the factory parts and puttin together the best of the best.

Thanks. Yeah 1G auto cams are different than 5 speed but then the 2G they didnt seem to do that. 2004 was down on power compared to 03 and 05, Mitsu does crazy things to try to make the trans hold up.

But, to summarize, you still don't have definite results as to whether or not 2012 cams are different, right? Or did you get test results that confirm it and I just missed them?

Thanks

No official results and not all 2012s seem to be created equal. There are 3 that have made what I would consider "normal" power. One has swapped cams/OS and the other 2 (your is one of them) just have the OS swapped to a 2010.

I am awaiting the results but Greg has been backlogged with other things (like running his business) so its been on hold

Aborted after the MR test where I found 20whp. I would also suggest the S1 as an easy replacement IF your car seems to be one of the 2012s that is down.
