2012 power variance?
Nope I am pretty sure there is a variance with the cams independent on the part numbers.
We pulled the 2012 cams out of the Evo X, installed some new cams and found that there are definite gains getting rid of the stockers. The stockers will go to GSC and be profiled to see if there is an actual variance but it seems pretty obvious at this point something is not the same.

I just want to clarify, this dyno comparison here is the same car, same mods etc, only difference is stock 2012 cams vs. earlier stock cams (2008-2011)? Or, by "new cams" do you mean aftermarket, like S1?

This was same car, same mods, this was S1s in the MR as the "early" cams never arrived. The other reason we used S1s was availability and being able to accurately say they are S1 and not a 2008 or 2011 which anyone can make the claim. In the manual cars the S1s havent seemed to be able to make large gains in our testing (4-5whp max) on a stock turbo. This car picking up everywhere was enough of a win for the 2012s that were down on power it made it a null set in my mind.
