When you went in the first time they didn't give you crap for the bolt ons or the tune, but they gave crap for the suspension. I know your issue was transmission related but for me they voided my warranty bc of a tune with no bolt ons. WTF

Oh My...

I hope you're driving in Super-Sport and know how to get into it, thats first. A properly tuned MR should't be driven in anything else...

And by properly tuned, I mean BakaUnchi Tuned, because nobody else will tune an MR as good as he will.

I have the same mods as you and Baka has me making 370wHP/370wTQ. Cleared up all my problems and the car shifts like a F'in 458 Italia.

Well I beg to differ...Rob at Kaizen has worked miracles on my MR. There are a few others as well in the US....

i wish i contacted baka before the tune. however he will not tune my car without wideband and he is hard to get a hold with.

Sorry for my bold statement. I don't deny that there are others out there that are MR tuning capable. Like you said Rob at Kaizen, and I'm sure there are others. I just wanted to emphasize that the number of tuners that can really tune an MR well is fractional when compared to tuners that can tune GSR's.

MB. Don't want to downplay talent.

Curious what is going on in that last graph? If I didnt know better it looks like the torque limit in the map was exceeded.

Programmed torque limit, not the hard limit. My X MR is holding 404 ft lbs on 81k mile old stock clutches and seals.

No need to apologize, and you are correct not that many tuners know how to work SST magic. Now if the code hackers can crack the TCU or that Mash dude comes up with a way for us to take advantage of the extra clamping force that would be a T3 or T4 upgrade for me!
