Effect of tune on different location?

Looking at a car in Pennsylvania already tuned with some bolt ons for 330whp and 325wtq. What happens if I take the car to NC? Will it be affected by the environment?

Sure, power will be affected by the environment (air density, temperature, humidity), but if your car is tuned correctly you should be able to drive from Pikes Peak to NYC with no difference in driveability.

Yea the 20% less oxygen up here doesn't affect anything at all.

I said power is affected by the environment. Maybe I should have specified Horsepower and Torque will be affected by the environment.

If OPs question is pertaining to HP vs elevation, expect ~3% loss per 1000' feet from sea level.

Power will be affected. That's it. The tune will be fine. That's why cars have MAF's..
