Why no more flex fuel? You don't want to blow it up?

i'll likely do that in the spring, but right now the e85 at the pumps is garbage and like e70 at best. Not sure how much more room i have to grow at this point though. Might use e85 as a track tune maybe, not sure at this point though.

Yes, stock block. usual other supporting mods, intercooler, exhaust, intake etc. ID 1700s, wally 450, aeromotive FPR, exedy twin HD clutch and cmc upgrade.

P.S. After reading all of the various reviews of the Exedy Twin HD, i was a little unsure about my choice but after putting about 400 miles on the car, some in nyc traffic, i can say that it is a great clutch for the street. I'd say about 10-15% more pedal effort than stock and as long as you rev match a very smooth engagement. Really liking it so far.

Yeah man, Exedy Twin is a real nice clutch! Fits the Evo perfect.

I still have the BBX Lite and want to do some cams. Now that you've had a few sets of cams and a Lite at one point, what would you recommend?

I don't want to loose spool since I autox, but I want some more torque. What would you suggest?

Not sure how the TMP cams would do on a smaller stock frame turbo, but if you are going to spend the money on cams and I was doing it again with a lite i would do the tmp cams as the s1s seemed to give me very minimal gains.

That's some epic power for what mods you have. I'm doing cams next. Was thinking GSC S2s, but lately TMPs have been looking sexy with the EFRs, I have a 7163. Curious how mine would spool.

With a 7163 I would think it would spool up super early, like around 3700 or so, prob need to keep the tq in check if it spools up around there. I'm really curious to see what a 7163 can do up top with ams tmp cams and full supporting mods, I haven't really seen anyone push that turbo yet since mostly cbr d installs them.

I haven't seen them on cars with over about 650 WHP, at that point when people want more than that they are usually drag cars so they don't care about low and mid and go with some monsters.

This thread has me very interested in these came. I'm installing my 18k on my X soon and I've been looking at S1's. These TMP's are changing my mind though....
