run1206's Phase 1 Tune at CBRD, 310whp/325wtq

So i decided to go to CBRD Speedfactory out in York PA last Friday to install my ETS V2 Quiet Exhaust, ETS HFC, Grimmspeed 3port BCS and a tune on my 2014 GSR. Made 310whp/325wtq on 93 pump gas with an OpenSource tune. I honestly didn't think i'd get over 300whp with my current set of mods; i'm sure more hp can be made with this setup but it's my DD so for this phase i'm very pleased with the results. Almost forgot this is the "heart-breaker" dyno I've heard of and reads lower than standard Mustang dynos.

The facility is extremely clean, all the employees are constantly cleaning the floors and kept all the parts separated and tidy. There's a separate area upstairs where you can watch your car on the dyno. They also have a screen window so you can see the install work on your car as well. Chad answered every single one of my questions from tuning to parts/fabrication and also racing over the years.
Thanks much Chad!!

The next phase i'm thinking of either sticking with my MHI-18K mod list (still need 1000cc injectors and a fuel pump) or possibly considering saving up to do a full turbo kit...maybe the 7163 kit from CBRD. Was reading the posts from other X owners who have the kit and i'm tempted lol.

In before fools reply with "dude that is low" "Bro, I made way more than that on a different dyno across the country on different fuel" and "Bro, I made the same with just a toon from the internet".

I told Chad i wanted a conservative tune since this is my DD. Not really too worried whether the current numbers are low or not; driving it fells much better than before. Still plenty of work to be done when i return with the rest of my parts.

X's drive so nice with just basic bolt-ons and a low 300's whp tune. My GF's MR went from 240whp to 285whp with just CBE, and intake. 22psi tapering to 14ish with stock boost control solenoids. Tuned by English Racing. Made it a completely different car, didn't feel like it was tripping over itself anymore.

Solid numbers, man. Enjoy the car!
