How exactly did you attach the tweets in the stock location? I tried at getting some Boston Z6 tweets to fit in the stock bracket and they are just a tad too big. Curious if you had the same problem and what your solution was? Thanks.

The Focals were almost a perfect fit and had a rear bracket that I attached. They're in there pretty snugly.

so just to be clear you utilized a focal bracket to mount these not the factory bracket for the tweeters?

I just want to add a little to this, This coming from a guy who's big time SQ junkie.
who lives 2 block away from a BZCaraudio , They Won 1st place at the USAC 2001
World Champion Final. They are Focal,JL,Alpine,Kenwood,Eclipse,Pioneer dealers.

Focal Polyglass -if you haven't listen to them before. Let me tell you what and how they are compare to the common stuff you see at BEST BUY,Circuit city chain retailer
like the Alpine Type R $250, Pioneer Kappa $250. The Focal Polyglass make them sound like stuff you buy at K-mart-Walmart.
Infact the Focal Polyglass is only their Lower end stuff, but they sound even better
then the $800 JL components, Dont believe me.. go to a local dealer by you and listen for yourself.
I know other reviews dont compare to Noize 's review since his is in the EVO-X. but here 4.9 out 5
http://www.carreview.com/mfr/focal/s...4_1805crx.aspx

Once you step into the K2 power series there really isn't anything out in the market that can compare to them.
With three 6.5 model starting from low to high
165- KPS ,KF, K2P retailing $500 to $1200- ebaying from $300-800 they should
be in the price range of EVO owners.

I can talk about their top of the line stuff New Utopia BE but they are out of Most EVO owners price range, at $2000 to $4000 depending on setup. But with them some type of music are better then others. K2-power is good with all type of music.

In other words, Noize Got himself some Good **** there.

Do you think using the rockford crossovers (or capacitors whatever crap they use) might significantly hurt the sq?

Not sure who you are asking here, but i can answer it anyways, Im 100% sure
the rockford crossover unit built into OEM AMp will hurt the SQ of the Focal.
The Crossover unit that came with the set is Designed and tunned for that set.
