Sirius subscription expiration notice...

So, I have been getting some odd 866 number incoming call on my cell phone the past couple of days. I don't know who in the heck it is, so I let it roll to voicemail. Today, I finally get fed up and pick it up. Its Sirius, they want to let me know my six months of service is up, and try to sell me for $12 a month service.

Yeah, I said SAYONARA.
Time to pull the Sirius tuner out from under the dash for the uber 1 pound weight reduction out of the car.

Agree on the sound quality, even FM has been proven to be higher quality.

I'll never listen to FM radio in this country, though. How do people cope with the level of advertisements? Even the presenters advertise products now (at least in CO).

Sirius has a great range of good music, played at crappy bitrates.

Sirius is awesome and will happily pay for the service. The bitrate might not be great, but you can't beat the content.

And if you listen to talk radio it's not that bad at all.
Howard Stern
NFL Radio
Nascar Radio
ESPN

It's a bargain for never having to worry about something to listen to. Music or otherwise...

Damnit $12 a month I guess I'll just have to decide when I get the call.
