I only got 3 months and mine was brand new 08

 

2008's were definitely 6 months free. One interesting thing when I called to register was that the Sirius guy didn't seem to know how many months I should get. He asked "you said it was 6 months?" and I told him "yeah, but I'll take more ". I bet 2010 guys could even call and say they were told 6 months and they would get 6 months free.

 

Am I the only one here past 18 months with free unlimited Sirius radio? I brought the car on June 6 2008 and right now it's March 25 2010. It's been approximately 21 months and I still haven't got a bill or a notification about the service being shut off or continued. My Sirius radio is still going on haha. BTW I brought my car from a dealership that went down under 2 months afterwards.

 

I dunno where you were seeing 6 months, but perhaps its regional. I know when I was looking at info online before I bought mine (dec 31 2008) the website for mitsu only said 3, so did the paperwork I got from the dealer. In fact it was activated by the dealership when I purchased it. I didnt have to do a thing.

 

Got an 08, it was free for six months, then it wanted my credit card info.

 

Yeah, mine lasted 6 months then got cnx'd. After a month of telling the Sirius guys no, they called me the other night and gave me 5 months for 20 bucks. So I said yes. I'll revisit this issue in 5 months I guess.

 

My 2010 got 3 months only. Miss my sirius radio.

 

I was in the same boat, i called them to set it up and he said, well you are setup, and WOW YOU HAVE (i think it was 18 months he said) THATS AMAZING. So i said ok well i guess i'll call you then, but i've been getting mad letters and they are saying my service will cut off 11-4-10 and it was activated on 5-4-10 which is weird cause its been 7 months and also when i bought the car 4-15-10 it was already activated. Gotta do some digging and hopefully it will just stay on
