I dont know if there has been a post about this. But i like the navi unit that comes with the evo but i dont want to pay 2,000 for one. Is the a nav, radio, satile radio and engine indash one that is cheaper?

 

yea u can spend less than 1k on an aftermarket unit then about 100 on dash kit nd wiring and between 50-200 on the install..all the prices i gave are based on where you get it from because if u lurk the marketplace, u can usually find someone parting out and get the parts for cheaper.. and as far as the install, its not that hard but shops can charge u up to 300 even, but if u konw someone thats good with it, u can probably have him do it...hope this helps

 

or go on ebay and get one for about 500 that plugs right in

You could also wait for other people to sell the OEM nav. Got mine for 1k which included the bluetooth controller. Have seen others sell on here from anywhere between 900-1200. Just depends if you want to wait. Eventually someone will sell it.
