Where is the USB Port located?
I was all excited about the new FUSE/Bluetooth technology in the 2011 and then I find out that iOS 4.x is not supported.
So no bluetooth streaming or using the hidden usb jack for me. I ended up going to Fry's to get a RCA to 3.5mm in order to use my iphone. You would think Mitsubishi would be able to come up with some kind of firmware update???
Did you set it up correctly?
I also went to mitsubishifuse.com and there is red X's through the BT streaming functions???

I dont know what was wrong, but i deleted my device and re-paired it this weekend and all is good. BT is now streaming. The stereo still doesnt display the name of the song but i can skip songs with the cars seek buttons.
I didnt try the usb function again but dont really care since BT works and it still charges my phone.

I just realized I have 4.2.1, I wonder if that is my problem? How exactly did you set yours up? I just went through the pairing function in the setup menu. My BT phone calls work just no streaming music through BT or using the usb jack. Let me know if you think there is something I can try to get this to work.

i keep an old ipod nano mounted in the glove box hooked up to the usb in my 2012. it works perfectly. you are able to use the hands free to voice control to select playlists/artists/songs.
the only thing i disliked is the initially was the inability to select from the ipod directly. also you can't seem to shuffle all. either that or i just dont know the proper voice instruction so i just made a playlist.
i will say the usb port was useless for my android tablet.
i would be angry if they did and would have to relocate it to the glovebox. (just like having to move the awc from the center console to the left side of the dash)

i know for sure i can stream music via bluetooth on my:
iphone 5 on 6.1
iphone 4 on 4.3.2
nexus 7 (2nd gen) jellybean
took me a while to find where it was as well... I will be doing some wiring work this week or next (depending on when my OEM JDM fog light delete comes). And I will be will be moving that USB next to the AWC switch as well as my hardwire kit button for the 9500ix. I understand having a USB in the glovebox if you wanna just plug in your ipod and leave it there but... if that is the case, there shouldnt be only 1 USB... should be at least 2 or 3.... 1 above the cigarette lighter and 1 in the middle console...

are any of you 2011 guys having issues with your usb port and an itouch or any ipod for that matter? for me it only likes to work when it feels like it. its rather annoying it will be working, ill run in to the store and start the car and it wont read the ipod. its charging it but no music
My one question is can we use the USB port for any re purposing of some kind? like hooking/wiring it up to use for a diff purpose, of charging or even making any of the blank buttons in the center console/near the steering wheel have a custom function?
