OEM Navi In-Motion Bypass
Hello, I have done some research on the in-motion bypass for the factory installed Navi unit. I found several different posts that said a CD could be burned and upload a patch directly to the unit without splicing wires or taking anything apart. All of the links seem to lead to :

Unfortunately, this link no longer seems to be active. Is there a different fix that I am not finding? Any help would be greatly appreciated! (I did use Google quite a bit
)

I did a nav install in my old car. I remember bypassing the parking brake safety feature. If it has an internal gyro, you have to get a little more creative with some surface mount soldering. Burned cd to patch it? Never heard of this.

i did the hack and found how to do it here. you have to use an ISO burn program to use the hack... also it will show you how to find your version number.... unfortunatly the new versions probably wont be done, due to lack of time needed to "hack new versions"... if you find a hack for your version software, it is too easy.

From what I've read in various forums, there are no hacks for versions 00.41.02 and above.
If you hold down SET and NAV together for a few seconds, you'll get another menu where u can select VERSIONS INDICATION. Within that, look for your APPLICATION version. If yours is below 41, there should be a software patch for you.
Good Luck!
