Rear speakers and head unit not working

So i had an aftermarket sound system in my 2010 EVO X, I took it out and put the OEM head unit back in. However theres no display on the unit and none of the buttons work. The unit still works through the steering wheel controls. Also only the front door speakers are working. Theres no sound coming from either of the rear speakers. I made sure all of the connections for the old aftermarket setup have been disconnected, but still nothing.. Any have these issues before?

Can you give some more details of what your aftermarket system had / how it was installed? Did you have an aftermarket 5 channel amp? Did you replace the factory amp? Did you use existing speaker wires or run aftermarket wires? Did you use a harness to connect the aftermarket deck or splice into the harness? Did you check the fuses on the back of the factory deck?

Had a Kenwood DNX 6960 receiver with an adapter harness a 5 channel JL AMP for the interior speakers and a 2 channel Kenwood AMP for the two subs in the trunk. For the interior speakers, the speakers came with adapter harnesses to plug into the original speaker wire. New speaker wire was run from the 5 cannel amp to the receiver. RCAs were run for both amps. The wires are still in the car just not connected to anything. Thanks for the help.
