Sirius plug and play?

I've got a friend who is parting out a 11 mr w/ Sirius radio and I after some research on here it seems like it would be as simple as plugging it in and buying a subscription. I've got a 08 with navigation and if I'm not mistaken I should be able to plug in the unit behind the glove box, wire up an antenna and be good to go. Correct? Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

it should be a plug and play unit

but the question is if the 11 unit changed somewhat with FUSE being integrated.
