I went to a Rocksford Fosgate dealer and they told me the 08 Evo Rocksford doesn't have AUX in capability.

HOWEVER...if I go to "MODE" selection on my Rocksford display /Nav touch screen...AUX is an option....if I click it, it just makes a clicking/hum sound (probably cause nothing is hooked up to it)...

My question is for you 08 EVO owners with Rocksford head unit...

IS it capable of hooking up AUX to it?

What cable do I need then?

if you look in the cubby in center console by the coin bin and cig lighter power there should be a little flap labeled "aux" and a white and red connection. Thats the aux, need a cable with the red and white audio connection. I bought mine at radioshack

Called mitsubishi...they are saying the 08's didn't have AUX hook up abilties, yet my rocksford fosgate screen has an AUX option under modes. WAT is happening. I can't find anyone else who had this issue previously...just people doing AUX installs on non rocksford systems...UGH.

 

SOOOOOOO...wtf is this AUX input in the bottom of my display lol...can't use it cause it won't close with anything in there............but it's a step in the right direction maybe! haha....UGH
